Bone Buddies sells collectible resin figurines and related products displayed on our Site.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, including their appearance, dimensions, designs, and other characteristics.
However, the appearance of colors and other visual details may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, display settings, and other factors.
Minor differences may also occur between product photography and the physical product.
Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, availability, and other information may be changed or updated from time to time.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We cannot guarantee that a particular Bone Buddy, character, variation, or other product will remain available indefinitely.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, change product availability, limit quantities, or modify our product selection at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you regarding available options or issue an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.
5. PRICES
Product prices are displayed on our Site and may change from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, the price displayed at the time an order is submitted will apply to that order.
Prices may be displayed in Canadian dollars or another currency depending on the customer's location, store settings, or available Shopify functionality.
Currency conversions displayed on the Site may be approximate and may vary from the final amount charged by your payment provider.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may impose additional currency conversion or transaction fees. Bone Buddies does not control fees independently charged by your financial institution.

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.

Examples may include suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, incorrect pricing, inventory problems, duplicate orders, technical errors, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

- Selected Bone Buddy or product variant

We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipping.
9. SHIPPING
Bone Buddies offers shipping according to the options and terms described on our Site.
Delivery typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the customer's location and other circumstances.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, increased seasonal demand, incorrect delivery information, and other logistical issues.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Bone Buddies may accept orders from customers in multiple countries.
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import regulations, taxes, duties, tariffs, or other requirements imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import laws and requirements in their jurisdiction.
Where duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, or similar fees are not collected during checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying those charges to the appropriate authority or carrier.
Bone Buddies does not control customs processing times or requirements imposed by governments or customs authorities.
11. DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we aim to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
A shipment taking longer than the original estimate does not necessarily mean that the shipment has been lost.
If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay, contact support@bonebuddies.co and we will help review the available shipment information.
12. MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be fulfilled or shipped separately.
As a result, one part of an order may arrive before another.
Separate shipments do not necessarily indicate that an item is missing.
Customers should review any available tracking information before determining whether part of an order has been lost.
13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Bone Buddies offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.
Refund and return eligibility, procedures, damaged products, defective products, replacements, and other related matters are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before requesting a return, refund, or replacement.

14. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Customers should inspect their Bone Buddy after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, contact support@bonebuddies.co and provide your order information.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information so that we can understand and resolve the issue.
Defects in craftsmanship reported within the applicable 30-day guarantee period may qualify for replacement at no additional cost according to our Refund Policy.
If the same model is unavailable, another model of similar value may be offered where appropriate.
15. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified after it has entered processing or shipment.
If an order has already shipped, the applicable return and refund procedures may apply.
